Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had some positive aspects, like a great location and friendly staff, but there were also some drawbacks, such as accessibility issues and unfriendliness from the staff. The confusing layout and lack of expected features in the rooms were disappointing.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were quite outdated and had some issues like non-working heaters and poor Wi-Fi, the indoor pool and game room provided entertainment options. The service was a bit of a rollercoaster with some staff looking miserable but others being super helpful and courteous. The location was great for visiting Rocky Mountain National Park but the dining options were disappointing with limited choices and high prices.
The hotel is situated in a nice location close to RMNP but lacks flexibility on check-in time. The rooms, although not as described, had at least 5 full tables, which was changed during my stay. The dining experience was noted to be mostly unhealthy and carbo loaded, with some items missing during the visit.
